By accessing or using IndustrialOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform.

1. Use of Service

IndustrialOS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for your internal manufacturing operations. You may not resell, sublicense, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into IndustrialOS, including inventory records, production data, and financial information. We do not claim ownership of your operational data.

4. Service Availability

We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to IndustrialOS. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We will provide advance notice where possible.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndustrialOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to IndustrialOS will cease. You may export your data before termination; we will provide your data in a standard format upon request.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of IndustrialOS after changes constitutes acceptance.
